At Southern Transport we pride ourselves in involving all staff in every aspect of Health and Safety within our workplace. We take responsibility to provide a safe working environment for all our workers and members of the public. We intend to promote and maintain the highest standard of Health and safety management within all activities undertaken by our Company.

Southern Transport is guided by a highly comprehensive procedure manual, that not only provides a safe way of operating, but also manages the risks associated within the tasks and controls that are involved to assist them in completing the job safely and efficiently.

Regular training is provided to all staff and operators to ensure they stay at the top of their profession. We also provide regular competency-based training within their specialty. We manage and monitor their performance to ensure we meet all our obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
